BELLPORT CORP. was established on 2005 with the purpose of providing managerial services for the new listed on the AIM  (London stock exchange) Orchid Development Group Limited (in liquidation). During this time and till today these services were the main activity of the Company and no other activities have been conducted. BELLPORT CORP. is held directly by Mr. Ofer Miretzki 50% and Mr. Guy Meyohas (50%).

On the 16th of August 2013, BELLPORT CORP. have purchased via open tender all Orchid Development Group LTD and become the official owner and the new holding company for the group. BELLPORT CORP. is established with principle of operating on 3 main sub sectors of the Bulgarian real estate market:

- Hotel and related leisure facilities

- Residential development in Sofia and Varna

Past performance and key achievements:

The Grand Mall Varna – the biggest Mall ever builded in the city of Varna consisting or 150,000 sqm build up area with approximately 50,000 sqm GLA.

Orchid Hills Sofia- exclusive residential project of 162 apartments, which was completed and sold during this years.

Orchid Hills Varna-  a closed residential compound of 50,000 build up area  of 425 apartments which have been finished on October 2011, 373 units are sold  the remaining units are in process of sale .

Orchid Gardens Varna- an exclusive mixed used building (apartments, offices and retail)  of 42,000 sqm which was finished on December 2012 and is under sale and leasing process.

Hotel Golder Yavor- a 4 start hotel of 14,000 sqm build up area with 144 rooms opened on Jun 2005 and operating during the summer time in the Golden Sands resort, the project was constructed and is been managed since the beginning by the Group.

In addition to the above the Group will hold number of interesting lands located in Varna and Sofia for further development once the market conditions will allow.
